Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. All watches are securely packaged to help ensure safe delivery.
Returns
We offer a 3-day return period beginning on the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
• The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• All original packaging, boxes, papers, accessories, and extra links (if included) must accompany the return.
• The watch must not show signs of additional wear, damage, or modification.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was shipped or the item arrived damaged.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method after the returned watch has been received and inspected.
